1. Manager (Production), Gr.M3
- Graduate in Chemical Engineering or Post Graduate in Chemistry
- Minimum 13 years experience in a process plant, out of which 5 years in a senior managerial position in Cement Industry
2. Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Gr.M3
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 13 years experience in erection, operation, and maintenance of Machinery, out of which atleast 5 years in Cement Manufacturing Unit
3. Manager (Materials), Gr.M3
- Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering (MBA or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management preferred).
- 13 years out of which 5 years in a senior capacity in effecting purchases of large equipments and machineries, spares consumables etc.
4. Chief Engineer (Electrical), Gr.M3
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years experience in Erection, operation and maintenance of substation and all types of Heavy Electrical Equipments. Knowledge in area of Instrumentation/ Electronics preferred. Experience in the Cement manufacturing will be an added advantage
5. Dy.Manager (Production & Quality Control), Gr.M4
- MSc Chemistry.
- Minimum 10 years experience out of which atleast 5 years in the Senior level position in the Quality Control Department of large Cement Plant.
6. Welfare Officer, Gr.M7
- Graduate from recognised University with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work/ Social Science from an institution recognised by the Government of Kerala or LLB with Labour Law as elective subject of University recognised by the Government of Kerala
- Minimum 3 years Industrial exposure. Fluency in Malayalam is essential
