Qualification:
1. Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) – Aug 2021 Batch
- Qualified in 10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and at least one of these subjects:- Chemis1ry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India.
- Oualified in 10+2 examination with Maths & Physics and atleast one of these subjects: – Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognised by MHRD, Govt. of India
- Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) Aug 2021 Batch : 500 Posts
- Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) Aug 2021 Batch : 2000 Posts
Physical Details
- (A) Height-157 cms(Minimum)

- Physical Fitness Test Parameters
- (A) Running- 1.6 Km Run in 07minutes

Age Limit:
- Candidates should be born between 01 Feb 2001 to 31 Jul 2004 (Both dates inclusive).
Salary Details:
- Pay & Allowances: During the initial training period, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month will be admissible. On successful completion of initial training, they will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix (Rs. 21,700- Rs.69,100). In addition, they will be paid MSP @ Rs. 5200/- per month plus DA (as applicable) plus „X‟ Group pay {only for Artificer Apprentice (AA)} @ Rs. 6200/- per month plus DA (as applicable).
- Promotion: Promotion prospects exist up to the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer-I, i.e. Level 8 of the Defence Pay Matrix (Rs. 47,600- Rs. 1,51,100) plus MSP @ Rs. 5200/- per month plus DA (as applicable). Opportunities for promotion to commissioned officer also exist for those who perform well and qualify the prescribed examinations.
- The application may be uploaded tram Common Senrice Centres (CSC) across the country, against a fixed fees of Rs 60 + GST. This facility is entirely optional.
