Age Limit : Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2021
The candidate age should be minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 22 years.
- Navik (GD) and Yantrik: Born between 01 Feb 2000 to 31 Jan 2004 (both dates
- inclusive).
- Navik (DB): Born between 01 Apr 2000 to 31 March 2004 (both dates inclusive)
Navik (General Duty):
- Basic pay of Rs. 21,700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/ place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.
- Basic pay of Rs. 21,700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/ place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.
- Basic pay Rs. 29200/- (Pay Level-5). In addition, you will be paid Yantrik pay @ Rs. 6200/- plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulation

1. Navik (General Duty)
- 10+2 Pass with Physics and Maths from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
- 10th Pass from an education board recognized by the COBSE.
- 10th Pass from an education board recognized by the COBSE and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/ Power) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years approved by AICTE. (or) 10th or 12th Pass and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/ Power) Engineering of duration 02 or 03 years approved by AICTE
Eligibility : Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2021
- Height : Minimum 157 cms
- Weight : Proportionate to height and age + 10 percentage
- Chest : Should be well proportioned. Minimum expansion 5 cms
- Hearing : Normal
- Visual Standard : 6/36 (Better Eye) and 6/36 (Worse Eye)
- The candidates are required to pay Rs. 250/- as examination fee.
- SC/ ST candidates are exempted from payment.
- Stage- I : Written Examination
- Stage- II : Physical Fitness Test, Document verification, Initial Medicals Examination.
- Stage- III : Based on the performance in Stage-I & Stage-II, an all-India merit list will be prepared and will be called for Final Medical at INS Chillka.
- Stage- IV : Submission of Original Documents.
