- First Class/60% of Marks in M.Sc. Chemistry/Material Science/Polymer Chemistry/Polymer Science
- First Class/60% of Marks in Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engg.
- First Class/60% of Marks in B.Com
- First Class/60% of Marks in any bachelor degree
- At least 10 years of experience in government
- R&D institutes or government departments on an Administrative Post of not below Group A post or equivalent knowledge in purchase procedures/rules and general administration rules knowledge in GeM procurements is desirable
