1. Academic Expert – Development of Training Module on KAVAL
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized university.
- PhD in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 1. Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in the field of social work, with a demonstrated focus on child protection. 2. Proven expertise in working with children in conflict with the law. 3. Experience of working in international settings or with international child protection systems will be an added advantage. 4. Experience of working in KAVAL (Psychosocial care for children in conflict with law) will be an added advantage.
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field of child protection or mental health, including direct work with children in conflict with the law.
- In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, POCSO Act, and other child protection frameworks in India.
- Experience Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing capacity-building or training programs for professionals (e.g., social workers, psychologists, probation officers, CWPOs) in mental health or child protection settings. 2. Prior experience in developing training content/modules related to psychosocial support, trauma-informed care, mental health interventions. 3. Proven ability to work collaboratively with government and nongovernment stakeholders in program settings. 4. Experience of working in KAVAL (Psychosocial care for children in conflict with law)
