Qualification : CMD Kerala Recruitment 2025

1. Urban Designer

• B. Arch with Masters in Urban Design/Planning from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 05 year experience and with thorough knowledge in project conceptualisation, design and detailing. Experience in Government Projects / schemes desirable

2. Architect

• B. Arch with exposure to Graphic Visualization with proficiency in 2D,3D modelling and BIM Software.
• Minimum 01 year experience. Experience in Government Projects/Schemes is preferred

3. Project Executive

• B. Tech with MBA from a reputed Institution.
• Minimum 03 years experience. (Experience in Tourism with exposure in infrastructure desirable)

4. Project Engineer (Civil)

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution. Candidate shall be well versed in preparation of estimates in PRICE
• Minimum 03 years Experience. (Experience in Tourism with exposure in infrastructure desirable)

5. Project Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

• Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Institution. Candidate shall be well versed in preparation of estimates in PRICE
• Minimum 03 years Experience. (Experience in Tender documents and Contract management desirable)

6. Site Engineer

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution.
• Minimum 02 years experience with site level experience In infrastructure/ tourism projects
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 05 years experience with site level experience In infrastructure/ tourism projects

7. Office Attendant & Driver

• SSLC and Must have a valid Drivers Badge
