Qualification : TMB Recruitment 2026

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate from a recognized university under regular curriculum.
• Experience: Manager: Minimum 5 years work experience in banking, in the cadre of Assistant Manager or above. Senior Manager: Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial cadre, in the cadre of Manager. Assistant Vice President (AVP): Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial cadre, in the cadre of Manager, 2 Years in Senior Manager or equivalent cadre.
