1. Risk Management (SMG Scale V)
Key General Requirements
- The bank has designated four specialized sub-roles under Risk Management. All require a minimum of 10 years of banking experience in the Officer Cadre, with at least 5 years specifically in Risk Management/Compliance in a scheduled commercial bank with 2000+ branches.
- Basic Qualification: Full-time B.Sc. in Statistics or Economics / Bachelor’s Degree in an Analytical field (Applied Maths, Data Science, etc.) with 55% marks.
- OR: Full-time MBA Finance/Banking or PGDBM / Integrated Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management with 55% marks.
- Mandatory Certification: FRM (GARP), CFA (CFA Institute), or PRM (PRMIA).
- Current Assignment: Must be a Chief Manager (or equivalent) for 1 year OR a Senior Manager (or equivalent) for 4 years.
- Basic Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Banking/Finance or Chartered Accountant.
- Mandatory Certification: FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA), or CFA (CFA Institute).
- Current Assignment: Must be a Chief Manager (or equivalent) for 1 year OR a Senior Manager (or equivalent) for 4 years.
- Basic Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics OR B.E./B.Tech in Data Science/IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering.
- Preferred: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance or PG Degree in Statistics/ Maths/ Economics/ Econometrics.
- Certifications (Preferred): FRM, RAI, PRM, CFA, CQF, or ML/AI/NLP certifications.
- Current Assignment: Must be a Chief Manager (or equivalent) for 1 year OR a Senior Manager (or equivalent) for 4 years.
- Basic Qualification: Full-time Graduation AND must have passed the final exam conducted by ICAI and be enrolled as a member.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in a Scheduled Commercial Bank (2000+ branches), with at least 7 years at the Head Office/Administrative Office.
- Required Skills: Expertise in Corporate Taxation, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet, IFRS, Ind AS, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Current Assignment: Must be a Chief Manager (or equivalent) for 1 year OR a Senior Manager (or equivalent) for 4 years.
- Basic Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / CMA-ICWA from a recognized institute.
- OR: Two-year full-time Post Graduation Degree in Banking/Finance or any credit-related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as an officer, with at least 7 years in Corporate Credit / Project Finance / Mid & Large Credit in Scheduled Public or Private Sector Banks (2000+ branches).
- Current Assignment: Must be a Chief Manager (or equivalent) for 1 year OR a Senior Manager (or equivalent) for 4 years.
Key General Requirements
- Minimum Marks: 55% aggregate for qualifications where specified.
- University Standards: All degrees must be from AICTE/UGC approved or Government-recognized institutions.
- Conversion: For CGPA/OGPA, candidates must provide a certificate for conversion to percentage. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.
