Salary Details : NABCONS Recruitment 2026

• Middle Level Consultant (Graduate) : Rs.60,000/- (Per Month)
• Junior Level Consultant (Graduate) : Rs.40,000/- (Per Month)
• Annual Revision: Remuneration may increase by 5% after one year of satisfactory service.
• Additional Allowances: Includes Mobile expenses (Rs. 500/month), Lunch allowance (Rs. 1,500/month), Petrol allowance, and Insurance (Rs. 8,000/year).
• Leave: 24 days of permissible absence per year

• Junior Level Consultant : 24 - 50 Years

Qualification : NABCONS Recruitment 2026

1. Middle Level Consultant

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Agriculture and allied subjects* (Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Veterinary and Animal Science only)
• Minimum Experience: 1-4 years in Natural Resource Management / Financing / Value Chain Management / Agri. Marketing based projects/studies
• Other Criteria: Experience in field monitoring and evaluation of NRM/tribal development projects; database management knowledge; proficiency in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel; proficiency in State language

2. Junior Level Consultant

• Graduate from any Recognised University
• Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in Natural Resource Management / Financing / Value Chain Management / Agri. Marketing based projects/studies
• Other Criteria: Knowledge of MS Office and mobile data collection app; physically fit for travel in rugged terrain; proficiency in State language (additional score for knowledge of State dialects)
