Salary Details : SSB Recruitment 2026

• Pay Scale: The post carries a pay matrix of Rs. 21,700 – 69,100/- (Level-3) as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).
• Allowances: In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates are entitled to other allowances as admissible in the Force from time to time under existing rules and instructions.
• Pension Scheme: Selected candidates will be governed by the Contribution Pension Scheme (New Pension Scheme).

Age Limit : SSB Recruitment 2026

• Age: 18 to 23 years (with applicable relaxations).

Qualification : SSB Recruitment 2026

• Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board or institute.
• Sports Qualification: Candidates must have represented the country/state in international or national competitions, or won medals in Senior/Junior National Championships, Khelo India games (Youth, Winter, Para, or University), or School Games Federation of India (SGFI) events.
• Achievement Window: Sports qualifications are considered based on participation or achievements in the past 02 years only.

• This stage is for candidates with international participation or medal winners and national medal winners up to 3rd place.
• Sports qualifications are considered based on achievements or participation within the past 02 years from the cut-off date.

Stage-II: Documentation and Further Evaluation

• Documentation: Candidates must produce all original educational, professional, and sports achievement certificates for verification.
• Acceptance of Documents: If a candidate achieves a new sports milestone after submitting their application but before the documentation process starts, it will be accepted provided the initial qualifying documents were submitted by the cut-off date.
• Identity Verification: Candidates must ensure the name and date of birth on their certificates exactly match those recorded in their Matriculation certificate.
