1. Waiters & Food & Beverage Staff
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Pre-Degree / 10+2.
- Technical Qualification: 1-year Food & Beverages Service Craft Certificate from the Food Craft Institute (Government of Kerala) OR a 1-year Diploma in Food & Beverage Service from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (under the Central Ministry of Tourism).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Waiter / Butler / Captain in a 2-star classified hotel or above.
- Educational Qualification: SSLC or its equivalent.
- Technical Qualification: Craft Certificate in Hotel Accommodation Operation from the Food Craft Institute (Government of Kerala) OR a Diploma/PG Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operation from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (under the Central Ministry of Tourism).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience in House Keeping in a 2-star classified hotel or above.
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Pre-Degree / 10+2.
- Technical Qualification: Craft Certificate in Front Office Operation from the Food Craft Institute (Government of Kerala).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Front Office Assistant / Receptionist in a 2-star classified hotel or above.
- Educational Qualification: SSLC or its equivalent.
- Technical Qualification: Craft Certificate in Food Production from the Food Craft Institute (Government of Kerala) OR a 1-year Diploma in Cookery / Food Production from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (under the Central Ministry of Tourism).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Cook / Assistant Cook in a 2-star classified hotel or above.
- Educational Qualification: SSLC or its equivalent.
- Technical Qualification: Craft Certificate in Food Production from the Food Craft Institute (Government of Kerala).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Cook / Assistant Cook in a 2-star classified hotel or above.
- Educational Qualification: SSLC or its equivalent.

- Tenure: Temporary recruitment on a contract basis for a maximum period of one year, strictly subject to government approval.
