Period of Training & Stipend : Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2026
Training Duration: 2 years. Performance evaluation takes place at the end of Year 1; Year 2 is subject to clearing it.

1. Ship Draftsman Trainee (Mechanical)
- Pass in SSLC.
- Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education securing a minimum of 60% of marks, with a flair for Draftsmanship and proficiency in CAD.
- Pass in SSLC.
- Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education securing a minimum of 60% of marks, with a flair for Draftsmanship and proficiency in CAD.
