Salary Details : Indian Overseas Bank Recruitment 2026
- Pay Scale: ₹19,500 - 665/4 - 22,160 - 830/5 - 26,310 - 990/4 - 30,270 - 1,170/3 - 33,780 - 1,345/3 - 37,815.
- Basic pay will be fixed based on the last drawn salary during defence service.

Selection consists of three phases:
- General: 26 Years + Defence Service Period + 3 Years (Max upper age limit: 45 Years)
- SC/ST: 31 Years + Defence Service Period + 3 Years (Max upper age limit: 45 Years)
- OBC: 29 Years + Defence Service Period + 3 Years (Max upper age limit: 45 Years)
- Agniveer: 21 Years + Agniveer Service Period + 3 Years
- Passed 10th standard or its equivalent, but must not have passed Graduation.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in Tamil.
- Military character must be "EXEMPLARY" at discharge.
- Minimum SHAPE-1 or AYE medical standard at the time of discharge.
- There is no application fee for this process.
