  • Pay Scale : Rs. 24050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480.
  • Starting Basic Pay : Rs. 26,730/- (Rs. 24,050/- plus two advance increments for graduates).

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
  • Final year/semester students can apply provisionally, provided they produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2026.

Selection Process : SBI Recruitment 2026
  • Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Online objective test of 100 marks (1 hour duration).
  • Phase-II: Main Examination: Aggregate score in the Main Examination is used to draw the final merit list. (Trained SBI apprentices receive 2.5% bonus marks, i.e., 5 marks out of 200) .
  • Local Language Test: Conducted after qualifying the Main Exam but before joining. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheets/certificates proving they studied the opted local language are exempt from this test.
