- B Tech in Civil Engineering. 10 yrs experience in preparation of Estimates, Supervision and Execution of Road and Bridge projects etc.
- Desirable: 1) M.Tech in construction Management/Transportation Engineering/Structural Engineering. OR
- Retired Executive Engineer from Govt./PSUs also will be considered
- Bachelors Degree and MBA (HRM) or equivalent. 5 years experience in any reputed organization.
- Deputy Collector/Tahsildar (HG) retired from Revenue Department. 1 Year experience in Land Acquisition and its related works (Compulsory)
- Retired Tahsildar/Deputy Tahsildar below 60 years having experience in Land Acquisition.
- 60% Marks in B.Tech Civil & 3 years field experience in Bridge Construction / Similar Infrastructure. OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering & 10 years field experience in Bridge Construction/ Similar Infrastructure.
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline
- Desirable: 1) Certificate in Computer Data Entry or Equivalent Qualification, 2) Post Graduation is an additional advantage
- B.Com & Certificate in Computerized Accounting. OR
- CMA inter/CA inter having 2 years experience in a reputed company.
- Pass in STD VII
- Valid LMV driving licence.
- Physical fitness & Vision as applicable to department Drivers under State Government.
- Five years in any reputed organisation.
