Salary Details : MILMA Recruitment 2026
- Scale of Pay : ₹29,490 - ₹85,160 (Per Month)
- Probation: As per Rule 184 of KCS, every appointed candidate shall be on probation for a period of 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years.
- General Category (Part I) : 18–44 years. Only candidates born between 02/01/1982 and 01/01/2008 (both dates included) are eligible. Usual age relaxations apply for SC/ST and OBC candidates. Upper age limit shall not exceed 50 years under any concession.
- Society Category (Part II) : 18–50 years. Candidates must have been born between 02/01/1976 and 01/01/2008 (both dates included).

Qualification : MILMA Recruitment 2026
- B.Sc Degree in Chemistry / Bio Chemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology from a recognized University.
- Must have a minimum of three years of regular service in any post in the Member Societies and its Primary Member Societies (Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Unions and Primary Anand Pattern Dairy Co-operative Societies - APCOS) affiliated to Milma as on the date of application and appointment.
- Must upload a certified Service Certificate signed by the Assistant Registrar (General) Co-operative Department at the time of submission.

- The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. Candidates who create new profile should upload photograph taken within 6 months. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs.No application fee is required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password.
- Before the final submission of the application on the profile, candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Candidates are advised to keep a print out or soft copy of the online application for future reference.
- Candidates can take the print out of the application by clicking on the link 'My Applications' in their profile. All correspondences with the Commission, regarding the application should be accompanied with the print out of the application.
- The application will be summarily rejected if non complaince with the notification is found in due course of processing. Original documents to prove qualification, age, Community etc. have to be produced as and when called for.
