Qualification:

1. Chief Risk Officer:

• Graduation from a recognized UniversityDesirable: Certification in Risk Management from reputed institutions
• Experience: Minimum 15 years Banking experience of which at least 3 years experience in Top Management level

2. Chief Finance Officer:

• Graduation from a recognized University
• Experience: Minimum 15 years Banking experience of which at least 3 years experience in Top Management level
• Should have worked in the central accounts department of a Bank and dealt in finalisation of accounts and preparation of Bank’s balance sheet, taxation etc

3. Chief Legal Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university
• Experience: Minimum 15 years Banking experience of which at least 3 years experience in Top Management level
