- Graduate in Any discipline with Full time Post Graduate degree/diploma (2 years) in HR/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Management from a recognized university/institute of repute. Degree in law is desirable
- Experience: Minimum 20 years Post qualification experience in the area of HR, IR and administration matters including formulation and implementation of HR policies, Manpower Planning and capacity building, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, retention, Training & Development, Welfare, Disciplinary, compliance of statutory requirements, contract labour matters, General Administration etc. Candidates employed in Govt./QuasiGovernment/PSU/Metro Organizations should have worked for atleast 2 years in the immediate lower scale.
- Graduate in Any discipline with Masters/post Graduate degree/diploma in business administration with specialization as marketing from a recognized university/institute of repute.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years Post qualification experience in the area of marketing including formulation and implementation of Marketing strategy, Market planning, identification of alternate revenue opportunities, property development, client handling, space selling, Institutional marketing, PPP projects structuring , market research studies, marketing campaigns, promotional events, Public Relations etc. Candidates employed in Govt./QuasiGovernment/PSU/Metro Organizations should have worked for atleast 2 years in the immediate lower scale.
