Qualification:

- B. Pharm/ M. Pharm from a recognized university. Diploma in Production Management from approved Institution
- B. Tech /Any Degree with MBA.
- Manager (Projects/Engineering/ Materials): Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. MBA Desirable.
- Post Graduate Degree or MBA in HR. Desirable qualification of LLB Degree with Labour Law as elective subject
