1. General Manager (Operations)

• B.Tech (Civil Engineering) M.Tech/MBA (desirable)
• Minimum 15 years' experience working on any Centrally sponsored schemes or projects funded by Multilateral funding agencies will be given preference
• Retired Engineers from LSD, PWD or any Govt departments will be given preference,

2. IT Expert

• MTech in IT/ Computer Science or MCA | BTech in IT/Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years' post qualification experienceker M.Tech candidates Or
• Minimum 5 years' post qualification experience for VICA/ Btech in IT/ computer Science candidates
• Hand-on experience in networking/ system admin in data centre/ IT infrastructure will be given preference.

3. Law Officer

• LLB/LLM
• LB with 5years experience Or LLM with 3years experience Experience in dealing with legal cases pertaining to Government Projects, corporate matters etc will be given preference.

4. AM (Urban Planning)

• Masters in Urban Planning Or Bachelors in Urban Planning
• 3 years of project experience for M. Plan Candidates 5 years project experience for B. Plan Candidates, Candidates with prior experience in Smart City Projects / Amrut etc preferable,

5. Quality Engineer

• B. Tech (Civil) or Diploma (Civil)
• 5 years' experience for B. Tech (Civil) candidates And 10 year' experience for Diploma candidates.
• Experence in Government projects and civil infrastructure works will be given preference.

6. Clerk (2 Posts)

• Graduation in any field with proficiency in data entry
• 5 Years relevant work experience Hands on experience in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Lower grade certificate in English and Malayalam typewriting issued by KGTE or its equivalent Ability to translate Malayalam to English and vice versa is preferable.

Validation of Contractors bill based on M Book. 4. Payroll Management etc. 5. PFMS Portal Management (Preferable) 6. Experience in Govt./Semi Govt. organizations (Preferable)

3. Junior IT Officer

• Graduation in IT/ Computer Science
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 1. Project Supervision. 2. Website Management. 3. Support in internal IT Procurements etc. 4. Experience in Govt./Semi Govt. organizations preferable.
