I. SENIOR PROJECT OFFICERS ON CONTRACT BASIS
1. Mechanical
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized University.
- Essential: Minimum of four years post qualification experience in a • Ship Building Company or • Ship Repair Company or • Marine related Company or • Port or • Engineering Company or • Government Company or Establishment or Semi Government Company or Establishment.
- Desirable: Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment.
2. Electrical
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized University.
- Essential: Minimum of four years post qualification experience in a • Ship Building Company or • Ship Repair Company or • Marine related Company or • Port or • Engineering Company or • Government Company or Establishment or • Semi Government Company or Establishment.
- Desirable: Proficiency and experience of working in a computerized environment.

Selection Process : Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2021
The method of selection shall be through Objective Type Test and Personal Interview. The marks shall be assigned to the following parameters for the final selection:

- Personal Interview - 20 marks
- Relevant work experience as assessed by selection committee during interview and presentation - 30 marks
