Salary Details : KTDC Recruitment 2021
- Manager Grade-IV : Rs.35,700 – Rs.75,600 (Per Month)
- Assistant Cook : Rs.22,200 – Rs.48,000 (Per Month)

- Between 18 and 36 years as on 1st January 2021 with usual relaxation for eligible SC/ST and OBC candidates, for both the posts.
Qualification : KTDC Recruitment 2021Manager Grade-IV
1. Manager Grade-IV
- (i) Plus two or its equivalent
- (ii) B.Sc. Degree in Hotel Management and Catering technology (DHMCT) awarded by the institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology or equivalent qualification obtained from recognized Universities or institution recognized by State/ Central Governments (Equivalency certificate should be produced along with the application ).
- Experience : 4 years experience in 5 Star Hotel in operational areas.
- (i) SSLC or its equivalent
- (ii) Certificate in Food Production from FCI / KIHMS /IHMCT / NCVT certificate in cookery or equivalent qualification obtained from any institute recognized by State / Central Governments. (Equivalency certificate should be produced along with the application) Preference will be given to those who have minimum three years experience in 3 star and above category of hotel as Cook / Chef in the food production department.
