Age Limit : AIC of India Recruitment 2023
- Minimum Age: 21 years & Maximum Age: 30 years i.e., a candidate must have been born not earlier than 2 nd June 1993 and not later than 1st June 2002 (both dates inclusive).
Qualification : AIC of India Recruitment 2023
- Graduation in Agriculture Marketing/ Agriculture Marketing & Cooperation/ Agriculture Business Management/ Rural Management with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST – 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. Bodies/AICTE OR
- Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST – 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. Bodies/AICTE with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in any of the following (with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST – 55%) in aggregate from University / Institution recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. Bodies/AICTE): –
- a) MBA- Rural Management/Agriculture Marketing/ Agri Business Management/ Agri-Business and Rural Development
- b) Post Graduate Diploma- Rural Management/ Agri Business Management (PGDM- ABM)/ Agriculture Marketing
- c) Post Graduate Degree- Agriculture Marketing/ Agri Business Management/ Rural Management
- Legal: Graduation in Law with min. 60% (SC/ST- 55%) marks in aggregate.

- SC/ST/PwBD : Rs.200/- (Intimation charges only)
- All other categories : Rs.1000/- (application fee including intimation charges)
Selection Process : AIC of India Recruitment 2023
- Selection would be based on the pre-fixed criteria of performance in the Online Examination and Interview. The final merit list shall be prepared in descending order of the consolidated marks secured by the candidates. Candidates who fall within the number of vacancies in the merit list shall be considered for appointment. In case of same marks of two or more candidates, the merit order of such group of candidates shall be as per the marks obtained in professional knowledge section (i.e. candidate obtaining more marks in professional knowledge shall be placed higher in the order of merit). In case the marks obtained in the professional knowledge section are same, then the merit order will be decided on the basis of age, (i.e. the candidate senior in age will be placed higher in merit order)
