• Prescribed Minimum Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (CMA) or B. Com and MBA (Finance) or its equivalent.
• Minimum relevant Post Qualification Experience (in years):13 years

2. Senior Manager (Finance)

• Prescribed Minimum Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (CMA) or B. Com and MBA (Finance) or its equivalent.
• Minimum relevant Post Qualification Experience (in years):10 years

3. Manager (Finance)

• Prescribed Minimum Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost Accountant (CMA) or B. Com and MBA (Finance) or its equivalent.
• Minimum relevant Post Qualification Experience (in years):08 years

4. Assistant Manager (Finance)

• Prescribed Minimum Qualification: Engineering Graduate i.e. B.E. / B.Tech in Mining and Second Class Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency under MMR1961 issued by DGMS.
• Minimum relevant Post Qualification Experience (in years):8 Years post qualification executive experience in Non-ferrous / Metalliferous Mines.

8. Manager (Quality Control)

• Prescribed Minimum Qualification: PhD in Chemistry Or M Sc (Chemistry)
• Minimum relevant Post Qualification Experience (in years):8 years for PhD 9 years for MSc Candidate should possess R&D experience in Analytical chemistry
