- Candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience preparation of Board Notices, Minutes of Meetings and Other Board Secretariat Works
- Diploma in Network Engineering/Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication
- Candidates should have minimum 1 year experience in recognised Customs EDI Center or 1 year of experience in Networking in a reputed firm
- Graduation in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Port/Harbour Engineering/Similar Works/ Civil/Infrastructure construction Works
- Graduation in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Port/Harbour Engineering/Warehouse related Works/ Major Building/ Infrastructure works.
- Graduation in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Port/Harbour Engineering/Similar Works/ Civil/Infrastructure Construction works
