Qualification : KSIDC Recruitment 2023
1. Secretarial Executive
- Cleared ICSI Executive (Intermediate) both groups and registered for Professional (Final) programme.
- Experience: Successfully completed the mandatory Management Training of 21 months or more as prescribed by the ICSI.
2. System Administrator
- B. Tech Computer Science/IT + CCNA/ REDHAT/ MCSE.
- Experience: 2 years of IT/Networking experience
3. Electrician
- SSLC qualified with a certificate course in any of these: a) ITI Electrician, or ITI (Wireman Trade) or KGCE (Electrical) b) National Trade Certificate in the trade of electrician c) Certificate in the trade of electrician
- Experience: The candidate should have experience of not less than one year as an Electrician under the Government body or in a reputed institution
4. Designer
- Bachelor of Fine Arts or Graphic Arts with Diploma in Animation and software knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Corel Draw from a reputed institution
- Experience: 2 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer
- Pass in Standard Seven
- Experience: 2 years’ experience in Gardening work

Selection Process : KSIDC Recruitment 2023
- The applications will be subjected to a scrutiny based on the details provided by the candidate, and a list of candidates eligible for further selection process will be prepared. The various stages of selection process (test, presentation, group discussion, interview as the case may be) will be decided based on the number of eligible applications received. The appointment of candidates will be based on the combined score for the selection process subject to the fulfilment of other eligibility criteria, as per the norms of KSIDC/CMD.
- It shall be noted that admittance to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection are satisfied as the prevailing rules of the organization. Detailed scrutiny of the applications/credentials will be conducted before interview/appointment. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of candidature.
- KSIDC/CMD reserves the right to shortlist only a limited number of candidates for the selection process, based on marks secured in their academic qualification, experience, etc. Candidate should clearly mention the marks scored in their academic qualification in the application. The conversion of grade/CGPA to percentage would be based on the procedure certified by the University from where they have obtained the degree. The onus of proving the conversion from grade/CGPA to percentage of marks would rest with the candidate.
