• Graduation from a reputed Institution/University
• Experience : Minimum 25 years experience in tea Industry with experience in Procurement, Tea tasting, Tea blending, Sales and Marketing of Tea

2. Senior Marketing Consultant

• Post graduation preferably with MBA in Marketing from a reputed university/Institution
• Experience : Minimum 20 years experience in Retailing/FMCG sales with reputed companies with turnover of minimum Rs. 500 Crores.

3. ERP Consultant

• a) B Tech IT/CS ,MBA
• b) Project management professional (PMP) certification.
• c) sound with technical as well as functional point of view including familiarity with latest business intelligence tools
• Experience : Minimum 07 years experience as ERP CONSULTANT in handling Govt. project above 01 Crore
