- M.Tech Civil with 60% desirable; B.Tech Civil Engineering with 60% mandatory
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in procurement management
- M.Tech Civil with 60% desirable; B.Tech Civil Engineering with 60% mandatory
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction industry mandatory
- MSW with 60% mandatory
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in social mobilisation and development sector projects
