Qualification : KEL Recruitment 2024

1. Executive (Finance)

• A Degree from a recognised University AND 2. Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) / ICWAI (Regular) OR CA /CMA/ ICWAI Intermediate with one year post qualification experience
• Experience: For CA/CMA/ICWAI inter with one year post qualification experience in Accounting/Finalization of Accounts/Audit/Taxation/Fund Management/Budgeting/Costing etc as an Officer in an organization of repute preferably Public Sector Undertakings.

2. Engineer (Electrical)

• BE / BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Regular) with 60% Marks
• Experience: Post Qualification experience of minimum 3 years in a manufacturing concern in rotating electrical machinery industry/distribution, power transformer industry/related industries having annual turnover of Rs.10 Crores or more.

3. Engineer (Civil)

• BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (Regular) with 60% Marks
• Experience: Post Qualification experience of minimum 3 years in Civil Engineering work such as design and construction of building /roads /bridges /installation and commissioning of hydro mechanical projects in a firm preferably having annual turnover of Rs.10 Crores or more. Those with experience in Government institutions will be given preference.

4. Engineer (Mechanical)

• BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering (Regular) with 60% Marks
• Experience: Post Qualification experience of minimum 3 years in a manufacturing concern in rotating electrical machinery industry/distribution, power transformer industry/related industries having annual turnover of Rs.10 Crores or more.

5. Assistant Manager (Finance)

• A Degree from a recognised University. AND 2. Chartered Accountant (Regular) / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) (Regular) / ICWAI (Regular) with three years post qualification experience. OR CA/CMA/ICWAI intermediate with 5 years post qualification experience.
• Experience: For CA/CMA/ICWAI holders three years of post-qualification experience in Accounting/Finalization of accounts/Audit/Taxation/Fund Management/Budgeting/Costing etc in an organization of repute, preferably Public Sector Undertakings. For candidates with CA/CMA/ICWAI intermediate, 5 years post qualification experience is required.

6. Assistant Manager (Electrical)

• BE /BTech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Regular) with 60% Marks
• Experience: Post Qualification experience of minimum 7 years in a manufacturing concern in rotating electrical machinery industry/distribution, power transformer industry/related industries having annual turnover of Rs.10 Crores or more.

7. Manager (Civil)

• BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (Regular) With 60% Marks
• Experience: Post qualification experience of minimum 12 years in civil engineering work such as design and construction of building/ roads /bridges /installation and commissioning of Hydro-Mechanical projects in a firm preferably having Rs.10 Crores or more annual turnover. Those with experience in Government institutions will be given preference.

8. Manager (Mechanical)

• BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering (Regular) With 60% Marks
• Experience: Post Qualification experience of minimum 12 years in a manufacturing concern in rotating electrical machinery industry/distribution, power transformer industry/related industries having Rs.10 Crores or more annual turnover
