The period of training shall be for two years. Depending upon organisational requirements, availability of vacancies and individual performance, successful candidates may be considered for appointment on contract basis, at the discretion of CSL.

• First Year : Rs.6,000/- Stipend (per month)
• Second Year Rs.7,000/- Stipend (per month)

• The applicant’s age should be minimum 18 years and shall not exceed 20 years as on last date of online application (30 March 2024), i.e. date of birth of the applicants shall be any date in the period 31 March 2004 to 31 March 2006.

• Pass in VIII Std. Graduates or Diploma holders or persons having such other higher qualifications are not eligible

• a) Candidates who are meeting notified eligibility requirements shall be short listed for Physical Test The candidate should produce the original certificates during certificate verification along with self-attested copies in proof of identity, age, educational qualification and certificates for reservation categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS). CSL shall call sufficient number of candidates for verification of certificates in the order of merit, so as to get candidates in the minimum ratio of 6 candidates against one seat for the Physical test. The candidates shall produce all required certificates in original along with self-attested copies at the time of Certificate Verification failing which they shall not be considered for shortlisting to attend Physical test.
• b) Only those candidates who successfully complete the certificate verification shall be shortlisted to attend the Physical test. In case the numbers of applicants are more, CSL reserves the right to conduct a screening test (written test) for preparing a shortlist in the ratio 1:6 for appearing for physical test.
• c) The minimum pass mark for Physical test shall be as below:- For unreserved posts & for EWS candidates– 50 marks For OBC Candidates – 45 marks For SC Candidates– 40 marks
• d) Rank list shall be prepared based on the Physical test. In case, same marks secured by more than one candidate, the order of rank list will be based on seniority in age.
