Qualification : SCTIMST Recruitment 2024
1. Assistant Professor (Neurology)
- Just after DM in the specialty or its equivalent qualification in the case of three years course OR
- One year of teaching/research experience after DM in the specialty or its equivalent qualification in the case of two years course. OR
- One year of teaching/ research experience after Direct DM course.
- Desirable: Training /experience in either epilepsy, movement disorder, neuromuscular or neuro critical care.
- Master in Bio-statistics or statistics
- PhD in Bio-Statistics or Statistics or Demography or Epidemiology or Health Sciences or Public Health
- Experience: Three years of teaching /research experience/postdoctoral work in Biostatistics in Health Science/Public Health discipline in a recognized centre after obtaining PhD with a record of good publications.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Ex-servicemen with 10 years experience as JCO or equivalent in Paramilitary Force
- Desirable: 1. Knowledge in computer operation 2. Experience in House Keeping/Security and Safety
- Rs.750/- + GST for General/OBC candidates. Physically Handicapped Candidates (40% or more)/Women/SC/ST Candidates are exempted from application fee. The concession/exemption in application fee will be given only on submission of self attested copy of the SC/ST/Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority along with the system generated Application.
Selection Process : SCTIMST Recruitment 2024
- Eligible candidates have to appear for an interview. A written test (MCQ) may be conducted only for screening purpose depending on the number of candidates for a particular post.
- With respect to each vacancy to the posts of Assistant Professor/Scientist D/Engineer D and above, written examination will be conducted only if the number of eligible candidates is more than 12. With respect to vacancies to all other posts, written examination will be conducted if the number of short listed candidates exceeds 8 for each vacancy.
- Marks obtained in the written examination will be of a qualifying nature alone and will not be considered for the final ranking. Dates of the written examination, if any, will be intimated to the short listed candidates.
