Salary Details : Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2024
- First year : Rs.23,300 (Consolidated Pay), Rs.5,830 (Compensation for Extra Hours of Work)
- Second year : Rs.24,000 (Consolidated Pay), Rs.6,000 (Compensation for Extra Hours of Work)
- Third year : Rs.24,800 (Consolidated Pay), Rs.6,200 (Compensation for Extra Hours of Work)
- a) The upper age limit prescribed for the post shall not exceed 30 years as on 11 June 2024, i.e. applicants should be born on or after 12 June 1994.
- b) The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates in posts reserved for them.
- c) The upper age limit shall be relaxable for Ex-servicemen as per Government of India guidelines subject to a maximum age of 45 years.
- a) Pass in SSLC.
- b) One year Diploma in Safety/Fire from a Government recognized institute or Public Sector Undertaking.
- Experience: Minimum one year training or experience in safety in a Public Sector Undertaking or Factory or Construction Company or Engineering Company

Selection Process : Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2024
The method of selection shall be through Practical test and Physical tests which shall be given 100% weightage as detailed under and marks awarded accordingly for final selection:-
- i) Physical Test – 30 Marks
- ii) Practical Test – 70 Marks*
