- Authorised Medical Officer, Dermatologist, Consultant Dermatologist : Various
- Authorised Medical Officer : Based on the number of files assigned, in the range of Rs.12,000/- to Rs.36,000/- Per Month.
- Dermatologist : Rs.400/- per consultation
- Consultant Dermatologist : MD/DNB (Rs.4000/- per visit for consultation up to 20 patients. Additional amount of Rs.200/- per consultation above 20 patients up to a ceiling of total amount of Rs.7500/-) Diploma (Rs.3000/- per visit for consultation up to 20 patients. Additional amount of Rs.150/- per consultation above 20 patients up to a ceiling of total amount of /Rs.5000/-)

1. Authorised Medical Officer
- MBBS with permanent Medical Council Registration
- Minimum two years after permanent registration with Medical Council
- MBBS with permanent Medical Council Registration AND
- MD/DNB Dermatology OR
- PG Diploma in Dermatology with registration of additional qualification in Medical Council
- MBBS with permanent Medical Council Registration AND
- MD/DNB Dermatology OR
- PG Diploma in Dermatology with registration of additional qualification in Medical Council
