Physical Efficiency Test

For Male Candidates

• 1.6 km Race : in 7.30 Minutes
• Long Jump :11 Feet (3 Chance)
• High Jump : 3.5 feet (3 Chance)

For Female Candidates

• 800 Mtr Race : in 4.45 Minutes
• Long Jump : 9 Feet (3 Chance)
• High Jump : 3 Feet (3 Chance)
