• 3rd year : Rs.23400/- (Consolidated pay per month) Rs.5850/- (Compensation for extra hours of Work)

Age Limit : Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2024

• a) The upper age limit prescribed for the posts shall not exceed 30 years as on 29 November 2024, i.e. applicants should be born on or after 30 November 1994.
• b) The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates in posts reserved for them.
• c) The upper age limit shall be relaxable for Ex-servicemen as per Government of India guidelines. However, in no case, age limit after applying all age relaxations shall exceed 45 years.

Qualification : Cochin Shipyard Recruitment 2024

1. Scaffolder

• Pass in X Std
• Experience: Minimum of three years experience in general structural/scaffolding works.

2. Semi Skilled Rigger

• Pass in IV Std
• Essential: Minimum of three years experience in rigging of which two years in rigging of heavy duty machine parts, assisting in the erection of machinery/ equipment etc.
• Desirable: Good knowledge of splicing work of wire ropes.

• (i) Application fee of ₹ 200/- (Non – refundable, plus bank charges extra) should be remitted using the Online payment options (Debit card/Credit card/Internet Banking) which can be accessed through our Online application facility from 13 November 2024 to 29 November 2024. No other mode of payment shall be accepted.
• (ii) Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) need not pay application fee. They are exempted from payment of application fee.
• (iii) All applicants for whom the fee is applicable i.e. except those belonging to SC/ST should pay the application fee as stipulated above. It is important to note that their candidature shall be considered only on receipt of application fee.
