Trainee Engineer (Electronics)
Salary Details : POWERGRID Recruitment 2024
- Selected candidates shall undergo training for a period of one year. They will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.30,000 -1,20,000/-, IDA, HRA and Perks @ 12% of Basic Pay per month during training period. On successful completion of 1-year training, they will be placed as Asstt. Engineer at E0 level in the pay scale of Rs.30,000 -1,20,000/- (IDA).

- Trainee Engineer (Electronics) : 28 years as on 19.12.2024
Qualification : POWERGRID Recruitment 2024
- Full Time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electronics discipline or equivalent from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks or Equivalent CGPA
- Discipline: Electronics/ Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Electrical Communication / Telecommunication Engg
- General/OBC/EWS : ₹500
- SC/ST/ PwBD/Ex-SM : Exempted
Selection Process : POWERGRID Recruitment 2024
- Shortlisting: Based on GATE 2024 scores.
- Group Discussion (GD): No qualifying marks; candidates will be assessed for communication and teamwork skills.
- Personal Interview: [Minimum qualifying marks: (40% for UR/EWS, 30% for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC).]
- Behavioral Assessment: Conducted as part of the selection process.
- Weightage distribution: GATE 2024 Score: 85%, GD: 3%, Personal Interview: 12%
