• 12th Std. or equivalent Pass
• Must possess GMDSS Certificate issued by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, GoI
• Pass Diploma in Computer Application
• Must have fluency in speaking & writing English & Hindi
• Preference will be given who have undergone ROC and ARPA (DG approved) Courses
