Qualification : Kochi Metro Rail Recruitment 2025

1. Asst. Manager (Design) (E2)

• Full time Regular BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from any AICTE recognized Institution/ University.
• Preference will be given those who have, M.Tech /M. E /Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering

2. Joint General Manager (Design) (E6)

• a) On Regular basis- Full Time Regular BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from any AICTE recognized Institution/ University.
• b) For Deputation/Re-employment : BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from any AICTE recognized Institution/ University.
• Preference will be given those who have, M.Tech /M. E /Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering

3. Asst. Manager (Architect) (E2)

• Full Time Regular B. Arch Graduate from AICTE recognized Institution/ University.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in detailed Architectural design and planning for large multi modal transit hubs like Metro Stations/ Railway Stations/ Airports/ Large buildings or group of buildings of built up area of minimum 2 lakh Sqft. etc.

4. Additional General Manager (Marketing & Commercial)

• Two Year Regular MBA with marketing as one of the specialization or its Equivalent from a recognized university/Institute.
• Experience: Minimum 17 Years of experience in the area of marketing including formulation and implementation of Marketing strategy, Market planning, identification of alternate revenue, property development, client handling, space selling, Institutional marketing, PPP projects structuring, market research studies, marketing campaigns, promotional events and related works etc.
