Qualification : CSEB Kerala Recruitment 2025

1. Secretary

• (i) Degree with HDC&BM with seven years experience as Accountant or above that post in Cooperative Bank. OR
• (ii) B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University with five years experience as Accountant or above that post in Co-operative Bank OR
• (iii) Masters Degree in Business Administration or M.Com with Finance as the main subject or Membership in Chartered accountants of India with three years experience in Banking Sector and having co-operative qualifications. OR
• (iv) B.Com (Co-operation)with seven years experience as Accountant or above that post in Cooperative Bank. (As per G.O(Rt) No.220/2022/Co-Op dated 29/03/2022)

2. Assistant Secretary/ Chief Accountant

• A degree from a recognized university with not less than 50% marks in all subjects: Higher Diploma in Cooperatives (Kerala State Cooperative Union HDC or HDC & BM or National Council for Cooperative Training (one year regular course) HDC or HDCM) or Successfully completed Subordinate Personnel Cooperative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Cooperatives) or B.Sc/M.Sc (Cooperatives & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University or B.Com degree with not less than 50% marks in all subjects recognized by any university in Kerala and where co-operation is optional

3. Junior Clerk/Cashier

• SSLC or equivalent qualification and Subordinate Personnel Cooperative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation) will be the basic qualification.
• For candidates belonging to Kasaragod district, Co-operative Diploma Course (GDC) conducted by Karnataka State Co-operative Federation and Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC) conducted by Kerala State Co-operative Union will be the basic qualification equivalent to the same. In addition, those who have a B.Com degree with Cooperative as an optional subject, or a degree from any 6600 recognized university, Higher Diploma in Cooperatives (Kerala State Cooperative Union's HDC or HDC and BM, or National Council for Cooperative Training (one year regular course) HDC or HDCM) or B.Sc (Cooperatives & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University can also apply.

4. System Administrator

• MCA/B.Tech. (Computer Science or Electronic Communication or Information Technology). Experience: Minimum working experience of 3 years as System Administrator or equivalent posts in any recognized institution is desirable

5. Data Entry Operator

• Degree from a recognized university.
• Certificate of passing a data entry course from an institution recognized by the Kerala/Central Government.
• One year of experience working as a Data Entry Operator in a recognized organization.

6. Typist

• SSLC or Equivalent, KGTE English & Malayalam Typewriting (Lower).
