Salary Details : KSRTC SWIFT Recruitment 2025
- Daily Wage: Rs.715 for an 8-hour duty.
- Overtime: Rs.130 per hour for additional hours beyond the 8-hour shift.
- Additional Benefits: Eligible for incentive-bata, kilometer allowance, night allowance, collection bata, and PF benefits as per company norms.
- Between 25 to 55 years years of age as on last date of submission of application.
Qualification : KSRTC SWIFT Recruitment 2025
- Candidate must have obtained heavy driving license as per MV Act 1988. Candidate must have obtained conductor license as per MV Act 1988.
- Must have passed 10th class from a recognized board/institute.
- Not less than five (5) years driving experience in heavy passenger vehicles with more than thirty (30) seats.

- Written Test: Conducted if deemed necessary by the selection committee.
- Driving Test: Must pass the practical driving test.

- Security Deposit: Selected candidates must submit a refundable, non-interest-bearing security deposit of ₹30,000 via Demand Draft.
- Mandatory Service: Candidates who successfully complete training must serve for at least two years (minimum 240 duties per year); otherwise, the security deposit will be forfeited.
- Health: Must have the physical health and eyesight (as per M.V. Act) required for up to 10 hours of duty. Certificates from a Government Doctor (Civil Surgeon rank) and an Ophthalmic specialist are required.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic and the ability to read and write Malayalam and English.
- Police Clearance: A Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the local station must be submitted within 10 days of selection.
