1. Receptionist

• Pass in Plus Two (+2). Must possess a one-year Certificate Course in Hotel Reception and Book Keeping from FCI/NCVT/KITTS/IHMCT or equivalent from any Institute recognized by State/Central Government. Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory.
• Desirable: Knowledge of foreign languages other than English.

2. Waiter

• SSLC or equivalent. Must possess a Certificate in Restaurant and Counter Service from FCI/KIHMS/NCVT or equivalent from any Institute recognized by State/Central Government. Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
• Desirable: Knowledge of foreign languages other than English.

3. Assistant Cook

• SSLC or equivalent. Must possess a Certificate in Food Production or Cookery from FCI/KIHMS/IHMCT/NCVT or equivalent from any Institute recognized by State/Central Government.
