- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification (CS) experience handling legal and regulatory matters and a strong knowledge of the Companies Act.
- Ensuring all statutory compliance required by the company.
- Preparing annual reports, minutes for AGM/EGM, and circular resolutions.
- Handling corporate actions such as share allotments, name changes, and authorized capital increases.
- Liaising with auditors, legal counsel, and external advisors.
- Drafting legal documents, including contracts, MOUs, and financing documents.
- Advising the Board of Directors on risk management and business strategies.
