Salary Details : OIL India Recruitment 2025
- Honorarium: Rs.1,50,000/- Per Month (Lump-sum, inclusive of local conveyance, phone, and internet expenses).
- Taxes: GST (if applicable) is paid by the Company. All other taxes (including Income Tax, which will be deducted) are borne by the individual.
- Daily Allowance (Domestic Tour): ₹1,800/- per day (lump-sum).
- Leave: 20 days paid leave per 12 months (pro-rata, non-cumulative, non-encashable).
- Home Travel: Allowed once per quarter for 15 days (travel arranged and paid for by the Company).
- Accommodation: Bachelor's accommodation provided at the place of posting.
- Holidays: Normal Company holidays (OIL) apply.
- Official Tours: Travel, boarding, lodging, and local conveyance for official tours outside the posting location are covered by the Company.
- Work Arrangement: Must work in line with regular officers and cannot take up assignments with any other organization or agency.

- Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent
- Eligibility: Retired Indian Navy Officer
- Experience Profile: i) Minimum years of experience: Desirable for offshore oil & gas, maritime, ii) E&P related exposure: International Maritime Law, Offshore Security Policy making, HSE resolutions, iii) Liaison: Liaison with Local Government authorities / Ministries, connected Coast Guard, Coastal Police etc.
