- Copy of Discharge Certificate.
- Character Certificate from a Police Officer not below the rank of Sub-Inspector.
- Medical Certificate issued within the last 6 months by a Government Doctor (Assistant Surgeon rank or above) or a Doctor from the Guruvayur Devaswom Medical Centre.
