- Master of Veterinary Science in Poultry Science or Livestock Products Technology from a recognised University.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of service in the cadre of Veterinary Surgeon and above in the Animal Husbandry Department of Kerala or 10 years of experience in Poultry Industrial Managerial Posts. Working knowledge in Malayalam.
- Desirables: Master of Business Administration in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a recognized University

- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/ Graduate with MBA (full time)
- Experience: 15 years of Post qualification experience in a manufacturing industry out of which 5 years at Senior/ Board level position in an organisation of repute. Experience in manufacturing/marketing of cattle feed desirable.

- Minimum 25 years' of experience in a PSU in the fields of Frozen Semen Technology, Animal Breeding, Bull Mother Farm Management and out of which minimum 5 years of service in the capacity of General Manager.
