- Base Wage: Rs.715 for an 8-hour duty, plus eligible incentives, allowances, and batta.
- Overtime: Rs.130 per hour for work exceeding 8 hours (including sign-in/sign-off).
- Incentives: Awarded for accident-free driving, bus maintenance, cleanliness, punctuality, proper uniform, and revenue generation
- Minimum Age : 20 years
- LMV License holders : Maximum 30 years.
- HPV License holders : Maximum 45 years.
- Must have passed 10th standard or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Heavy Passenger Vehicle (HPV) license or a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license.
- Health: Must be healthy and capable of driving passenger transport vehicles
