- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification (CS) experience handling legal and regulatory matters and a strong knowledge of the Companies Act.
- The Company Secretary is primarily responsible for all statutory compliance. Specific duties include:
- Preparation of Annual Reports, minutes (AGM/EGM), and circular resolutions.
- Handling corporate actions such as share allotment, name changes, and object changes.
- Managing share registers and communicating with shareholders.
- Acting as a liaison with Auditors, legal counsel, and external advisors.
- Managing legal tech tools for compliance, litigation, and contracts.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents like MOUs, term sheets, and financing documents.
- Advising the Board of Directors on risk management and business strategies.
