Salary Details (Stipend/ Benefit) : PNB Recruitment 2026

The engaged apprentices are eligible for following stipend per month for the contract period of 01 (one) year.

• Rural / Semi-Urban / Urban : Rs.12,300 (Per Month)
• Metro : Rs.15,000 (Per Month)

Age Limit : PNB Recruitment 2026

• Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 01.01.2026 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1998 and not later than 01.01.2006.
• Maximum age indicated is for Unreserved and EWS candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates but not exceeding age of 34 years as on 01.01.2026 for applicants under NAPS.

Qualification : PNB Recruitment 2026

• Graduate degree in any discipline from any Institute/ College/ University recognized/ approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. The result of the qualification must have been declared on or before 31.12.2025 and candidate must produce Mark Sheets and Provisional/ Degree Certificate issued from the University/ College/ Institute as and when required by the Bank.
• For the candidates registered under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), the date of passing their Graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding to the cut-off date i.e. 01.01.2026.
• The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/ UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in local language of that State/UT.
