1. Finance Officer

• CA /ICWA (CMA) / MBA (Finance) from a recognised institution through a regular full-time course.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification full-time paid experience in finance, accounts, or financial control functions.
• Essential Skills: Budgeting, financial reporting, cost monitoring, and cash flow management.
• Requirements: Experience in supervising accounting teams and handling statutory/internal/CAG audits is required. Experience in PSUs or Government organisations is preferred.

2. Senior Manager (Operations)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management / Science / Commerce / Social Science from a recognised university.
• Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Management / Public Administration / Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role.
• Preferred Experience: 5 years' experience in solid waste or plastic waste management. Experience with PSU/Government projects and Board notes is desirable.
