• Salary & Emoluments : Total Rs.65,000 (Per Month)
• Salary : Rs.57,500.
• Allowances : Rs.7,500 (taxable fuel, transport, and telephone).
• Increment : 3% annual increment based on satisfactory performance.

Manager Legal & Corporate - MLC

• Monthly Salary & Emoluments: Total Rs.100,000 (All Inclusive).
• Salary: Rs.85,000
• Allowances: Rs.15,000 (taxable fuel, transport, and telephone).
• Increment: 3% annual increment based on satisfactory performance.

Age Limit : AIESL Recruitment 2026

• Officer - Administration (Medical Cell) : Maximum 62 years as of the date of notification.
• Manager Legal & Corporate - MLC : Maximum 50 years as of the date of release of notification

Qualification : AIESL Recruitment 2026

1. Officer - Administration (Medical Cell)

• Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources, BBA or equivalent (specialization in Personnel/HR/IR), or MBBS.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Administration and establishment work.
• PSU/Government Sector: 2 years at the level of E-1 or above.
• Private Sector: 2 years at the level of Officer or equivalent.
• Skills: Hands-on experience in MS Excel, ability to draft high-quality reports, and good communication skills in Hindi and English.

2. Manager Legal & Corporate - MLC

• Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) OR full-time MBA (from a Premier institute) with specialization in Legal and regulatory matters.
• Preference: Given to candidates with LLM or CS with LLB.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Legal, Corporate governance, and compliance.
• PSU/Government Sector: 2 years at the level of E-2 or equivalent and above.
• Private Sector: 2 years as a Manager in a Legal Department.
